This hunting lease is leased and not available. This lease has a nice wooded creek bottom meandering right through the middle of it. This creek bottom is the thickest and best bedding area for miles around. While viewing the property I found 5-6 trees that I would defiantly be hanging stands in if it were my lease. All of the open ground on this property is Alfalfa. This "green field" should be an absolute magnet for all the deer in the area. All the other open land close to this property is planted in row crops. The deer should feel very safe leaving the creek bottom before dark to feed in the alfalfa before making their way to row crops after Dark. As the row crops around this property get harvested the deer should pile into this creek due to lack of other cover, and the nice alfalfa surrounding it. The deer trails can be seen from Google Earth on this lease. I also found lots of tracks and old rubs. This property should be excellent archery hunting, and if you are lucky enough to get a rifle buck tag you can also gun hunt it. The property is just out of Sioux Falls City limits.

Property can be accessed from the East and North. No driving on the Alfalfa.
